Joe Buck’s HBO program is set to debut at 8 p.m. today and he has lined up Brett Favre as his top guest. Buck and Favre are scheduled to have a live conversation in what is being billed as the supposedly retired quarterback’s first television interview since reports several weeks ago that the former Green Bay standout might join the Minnesota Vikings."Joe Buck Live’’ mixes sports and comedy. "I called him in early April and locked him in, way before the Minnesota stuff popped up, ’’ Buck said Sunday night.
