A four year old TN boy was found roaming his neighborhood, drinking beer and wearing a dress that was taken from under a neighbors Christmas tree. His poppy is in jail and his parents are going through a divorce, so he did it so he could go to jail to see his poppy. This is one creative and dedicated kid. A four year old TN boy was found roaming his neighborhood, drinking beer and wearing a dress that was taken from under a neighbors Christmas tree.
