It's that time of year again, where speculation of Brett Favre's return to the NFL rumors start an onslaught of the sports talking heads rumor mill. Favre was asked about the status of his retirement and his response was "At this time, I am retired and have no intention of returning to football." At this time I think Brett wants nothing more than to be released by the Jets so that he can sign with the Vikings and compete in a revived NFC North. Although Jet Favre choked at the end of last season, losing to the guy he replaced in NY, Chad Pennington, he is still much better than Tavarris Jackson and "Parsley, SAGE, Rosemary & Tyme" Rosenfels.
