It's is certainly well documented that Joe Biden is never at a loss for words. In fact his choice of words has gotten him in trouble in more than one occasion. Just recently he bungled his words when talking about the "swine flu" outbreak, stating that citizens should avoid public transportation and now he has revealed to his dinnermates at the Gridiron Club dinner in Washington about the existence of a secret bunker under the old U.S. Naval Observatory, which is now the home of the vice president.
