The Detroit Red Wings took game one last Sunday at Joe Louis Arena by winning 5-2. It was a very tight game until the 3rd period. The officials didn't call a penalty on Detroit until the 3rd period, which was somewhat questionable, but Detroit managed to control tempo in the 3rd period for the win. Game 2 tonight.
