La Crosse Spartans have job ahead
Milwaukee businessman Chris Kokalis has a dream of bringing Arena Football back to La Crosse and as much as we would love to have it, concerns still may stand in his way. The team has a web-site, logo, hats & shirts, plus a marquee coach in Gilbert Brown. They do not have a lease with the La Crosse Center and that as we all know is the key to any of this. They will shoot for a one year lease so that they only have to go through board and not the council. That is still concern number one at this point. Second is still the fact that this same group was part of the Milwaukee Bonecrushers and bailed after an 0-3 start. The IFL has only been in existance for 1 year as a merge of leagues.
